Itinerary

DAY 1: LUANG PRABANG ARRIVAL (--)

Welcome to Luang Prabang. This is the World Heritage city of Luang Prabang.  Upon arrival, you will meet yoru guide and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

 

DAY 2:LUANG PRABANG CITY TOUR (B/ L/ --)

As an optional, early morning around 05:40am, observing an Arm-Giving, hundreds of monks walking along side walk to collect rice and food from laymen. Then we visit Fresh Morning Market at Prakham village.

09:00: After breakfast, meet your guide and will be taken to The National Museum – a large museum in the center of town. Next, you will visit Wat Visoun with its impressive stupa and the shrine of Wat Aham. After visiting Wat Xieng Thong, you will climb 355 steps to the summit of Mount Phousi. There are plenty of rest stops on the way up. At the half-way point you will see the Wat Tham Phousi shrine and at the summit you will visit the gilded stupa. Your trip affords spectacular views of the city. There is a wonderful opportunity to see the sunset from a superb vantage point if the weather is suitable. After your descent from the mountain; you will be taken to visit The Street Night Market affording plenty of opportunities for purchasing souvenirs.

Back to your hotel around 19:00. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

DAY 3:LUANG PRABANG – MEKONG RIVER – PAK OU CAVES (B/ L/ --)

Discover the famous Pak Ou Caves and the beautiful landscape of Mekong River in Luang Prabang

08:00: After breakfast, meet your guide and enjoy the river cruise for today’s tour. The Mekong River is beautiful and of course the best way to view it is to travel on it. The surrounding countryside is both tranquil and picturesque.

We will take you to visit the village of Ban Xanghai. This village is famous for its distilled local rice wine. You will arrive at the mysterious Pak Ou Caves. These are packed full of golden lacquered statues of the Buddha. On the return journey, you will take a short drive to Ban Zang Khong. In this village, the local people hand weave exquisite silk materials.

16:00: Back to your hotel. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

DAY 4:LUANG PRABANG - KUANG SI WATERFALLS - DEPARTURE (B/ L/ --)

08:00: After breakfast, meet your guide and we drive out of town 30km to the beautiful Kuang Si Falls, where you can swim, relax, soft trek to the top of the fall. On return short stop at Black Hmong Village, where hill tribe hand-made handicraft as souvenirs for visitors pass by.

12:00: Back to the town and transfer you to airport for your departure flight to your next destination

FAQs: Visa, Reservation, Payment

1.Do I need to arrange the Visa to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia?

– Cambodia Visa

You can get a Cambodia visa stamp upon arrival without pre-arrangements. You only need to pay a USD$25 fee (this fee maybe differ depending on the nationality of passport holder) and 2 pictures for each traveler. You can then expect about 15 minutes for processing at the airport.

– Laos Visa

You can get a Laos visa stamp upon arrival without pre-arrangements. You only need to pay a USD$25 fee (this fee maybe differ depending on the nationality of passport holder) and 2 pictures for each traveler. You can then expect about 15 minutes for processing at the airport.

– Vietnam Visa

Unlike Cambodia or Laos, before entry into Vietnam, you must have a Vietnam visa stamp or a Vietnam visa on arrival pre-approved letter. A tourist visa for Vietnam can be obtained from any Vietnam embassy or consulate office worldwide. This visa is valid for 30 days and can be extended through our head office in Vietnam.

– Special Notes

Please make sure that you have your passport, that your passport is still valid for six months and contains two white pages. Upon receiving the pre-approved visa, we will send it to you right away. Kindly print it out and show it when needed. Upon arrival at Vietnam’s airport, expect to fill out a simple form. Kindly prepare two photos, USD$ 25 for stamp fees per person for single entry Visa, USD$50 for multiple entry visa and expect a 15 minutes wait time.

2.How far ahead I can book?

You can book as far as 24 months in advance, but please ensure you remember you have made the reservation. We will charge USD$100 non-refundable deposit and require full payment 30 days before departure. You can expect to receive the invoice as a reminder well in advance of your trip.

3.How is the latest time that I can make the reservation?

We can only guarantee bookings made at least 5- working days (not including weekend) before the departure date.

4.How long will I get your first proposal?

Upon receiving your request, you will receive the first acknowledgement to reassure you that we are giving your request immediate attention. Rest assured that your request is always our top priority. The full detailed proposal will be in your inbox no later than 24 hours or within 48 hours in the case of public holidays or special events.

5.How do I reserve my trip with you?

Just complete and send the reservation form making sure that you have given us your e-mail address and a valid credit card number. As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all requests within 24 hours. Please read our terms and conditions before making payment.

6.How do I process the booking with you?

In order to confirm your booking, you are kindly requested to deposit 20% of the total cost. After you have made the transfer, please send us a copy of bank receipt to follow with our bank. When the remittent reach our account, we will start to lock in services. The normal process for the remittent to reach our account is about 2 to 3 working days.
