Unless we grant a credit term to you or we otherwise agree, bookings must be secured by a deposit of 30% of the total booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel your tour. Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to your departure date or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client. All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card as Visa, Master Card and American Express Credit Card (transaction fees – 3% for Visa, Master Card and 4% for American Express).
After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by e-mail
Children Policies:
Maximum 1 child can share the parent’s existing bedding
Child under 2 years old is free of charge and share the parent’s existing bedding.
Child from 2 – under 6 years old: 50% of adult price and share the parent’s existing bedding.
Child from 6 – under 12 years old: 75% of adult price and share the parent’s existing bedding
Booking Amendment
Flexibility is our strongest point. You can amend your booking when it is made. Just contact us at info@vietuniquejourneys.com with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 10 US$ for hotel, air ticket booking upon services confirmation or US$ 100 upon tours services confirmation
Cancellations will be charged as follow:
Cancellation of a booking by you must be made in writing. We will not regard a booking as cancelled unless and until written notice is received by us. Unless otherwise indicated by us, on cancellation the following charges will apply:

Unused Services
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.
Liability
Viet Unique Journeys is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Viet Unique Journeys will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
Passport and Entry Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
Travel Insurance We will do everything possible to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. However, all travel involves some degree of risk and we strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance for your adventure. Your insurance protection should include cover for cancellation, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accident, death and loss of personal baggage and money and personal liability. Evidence of such insurances should be produced to Viet Unique Journeys on request. Insurance cover offered by credit card companies or reciprocal medical cover agreements are often not comprehensive.
